Mike’s brother Steve (founder/owner of ReelWorld) asked him to join the company in 2003. Who knew that five minutes of training from his older brother would be enough to set him up for a career spanning more than a decade and one which would reach the lofty heights of President!
Before joining us, he was a chef. He learned that an equal amount of creativity, organization and strategy is the perfect recipe for success. Apparently, the recipe worked!
We've grown from Mike being the 7th employee to over 75 and growing. He believes in hiring and associating with people of the highest caliber, who are inspiring, dedicated and humble.
As a kid, Craig sat in his bedroom in Scotland pretending he was on the radio. He always knew he'd work for his local station in Glasgow, Clyde 1. In fact, at the tender age of 19 he became the station's youngest ever host of afternoon drive!
In 2003, he joined ReelWorld as UK Director of Sales before moving to Seattle in 2005.
Since then, his ReelWorld travels have taken him to almost every state, he has been a jock on (and even the imaging voice of) Seattle’s legendary 107.7 The End, and he proudly talks about the incredible relationships he has developed with stations, programmers and industry figures across the country.
Back in 1994, Erik – along with Steve Thomas – started ReelWorld and is a leading creative force within the company.
His musical journey began at a very young age. His father was a talented musician and would frequently play the piano at home, exposing 4-year old Erik to an instrument he would become intimately familiar with in later life. In addition to his father, he lists Bach, George Clinton, Eddie Van Halen and the Fu-Schnickens as his core musical influences.
Erik lives in Seattle with his wife and three children. When he’s not spending time with the family, his interests include fitness, travel, entrepreneurship, cycling, and hiking the Pacific Northwest.
Jason joined us in the Fall of 1998 after answering a phone message he believed to be from MTV’s 'The Real World'. After being informed he would not in fact be moving into a house with 7 strangers, he agreed to oversee our fledgling jingle syndication department.
Tyler began his branding and marketing career in print media. But as budgets began to dwindle for the various periodicals, he turned to digital media as a cheap advertising alternative. After finding success in the world of keywords, social media and inbound marketing, he switched to startups, launching online periodicals and social media applications.
Anthony Gay is MD of our business in the UK and responsible for overseeing our activities in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
A Sony Award-winning radio professional with over 20 years experience in programming, content creation, production, presentation, and talent management, Anthony has programmed multiple major market radio stations in the UK including Key 103 and Hallam FM.
