By accessing or using reelworld.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All content on this Site, including but not limited to audio recordings, music compositions, sound recordings, jingles, voice samples, sound design, production elements, demonstrations, text, graphics, logos, images, and software (collectively, "Site Content"), is the exclusive property of Reelworld Productions, Inc. ("Reelworld") or its licensors, except as noted in Sections 1A and 1B, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

1A. THIRD-PARTY MUSIC CONTENT

Certain demonstration audio on this Site may incorporate musical recordings, compositions, or performances by third-party artists ("Third-Party Music"). Third-Party Music remains the exclusive property of its respective rights holders (artists, labels, publishers, and/or collecting societies) and is not owned, claimed, or sublicensed by Reelworld. Its inclusion in demonstration materials is solely for the purpose of showcasing Reelworld's production work in context and does not constitute any grant of rights by Reelworld or by the applicable rights holders. All restrictions in these Terms regarding prohibited use, broadcast, reproduction, and AI use apply equally to Third-Party Music. Any use of Third-Party Music requires separate authorization from the applicable rights holders.

1B. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS AND GRAPHICS

This Site may display logos, trademarks, service marks, call letters, station branding, artist names, artist likenesses, photographs, and other visual materials belonging to third parties, including radio stations, broadcast groups, and recording artists ("Third-Party Marks"). Third-Party Marks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify Reelworld's client relationships and showcase production work in context. Their appearance on this Site does not imply any ownership by Reelworld, endorsement of Reelworld by the third party, or any affiliation beyond a service relationship. You may not copy, reproduce, download, or use any Third-Party Marks without separate written authorization from their respective owners.

2. AUDIO CONTENT: NO USE OR BROADCAST PERMITTED

All audio content available on or through this Site, including demonstration recordings, sample packages, voice previews, production examples, and any other audio materials, whether owned by Reelworld or incorporating Third-Party Music (collectively, "Audio Content"), is provided solely for personal, private listening and evaluation purposes. Where a download option is made available, downloading is permitted solely for offline private evaluation and review. Downloaded Audio Content remains subject to all restrictions in these Terms. You may not:

  1. (a) Broadcast, transmit, stream, simulcast, or publicly perform Audio Content via any medium, including AM/FM/HD radio, DAB/DAB+, television, internet radio, podcasts, satellite radio, or any digital or terrestrial platform, whether domestic or international;
  2. (b) Distribute, share, upload, syndicate, or make Audio Content available to any third party;
  3. (c) Synchronize Audio Content with any visual or audiovisual content;
  4. (d) Use Audio Content in any commercial, promotional, or revenue-generating context;
  5. (e) Create derivative works from Audio Content;
  6. (f) Incorporate Audio Content into any production, program, or broadcast, whether or not the Audio Content has been modified; or
  7. (g) Use Audio Content for any purpose other than private evaluation, regardless of whether it was streamed on-site or downloaded.

The availability of a download function does not constitute a license, grant of rights, or permission to use Audio Content in any manner beyond private evaluation. Audio Content on this Site may feature the branding of Reelworld clients and is provided for demonstration purposes only. Use of such content does not imply any license, authorization, or affiliation with the featured brands or with any Third-Party Music artists or rights holders.

3. PROHIBITION ON AI AND MACHINE LEARNING USE

You may not use, access, or interact with any Site Content, including Audio Content, Third-Party Music, and Third-Party Marks, for the purpose of, or in connection with:

  1. (a) Training, fine-tuning, validating, testing, or benchmarking any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, neural network, or algorithm;
  2. (b) Feeding, uploading, submitting, inputting, or otherwise making available to any AI-powered platform, tool, application, or service, including but not limited to generative AI systems, text-to-speech engines, voice cloning tools, music generation platforms, audio analysis services, image generators, or large language models;
  3. (c) Building, developing, improving, or contributing to any dataset, corpus, or training set intended for machine learning purposes;
  4. (d) Source separation, stem extraction, spectral analysis, or any automated processing intended to isolate, deconstruct, or reverse-engineer audio or visual components;
  5. (e) Automated scraping, crawling, indexing, or harvesting of Site Content, whether by bot, spider, script, or any other automated means; or
  6. (f) Any activity that results in Site Content being processed by an AI system, regardless of whether such system retains, stores, or learns from the content.

This prohibition applies regardless of intent, commercial or non-commercial purpose, or whether the AI system is operated by you or a third party.

4. AUTOMATED ACCESS AND CRAWLING

Automated access to this Site is prohibited except by search engine crawlers that comply with our robots.txt directives. You may not use any bot, scraper, spider, crawler, or automated tool to access, index, download, or interact with Site Content, including Audio Content and Third-Party Marks. Any automated access in violation of these Terms constitutes unauthorized access.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

No license, right, title, or interest in any Site Content is granted or implied by your access to this Site. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Reelworld and/or the applicable third-party rights holders. Reelworld's trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without prior written consent. Third-Party Marks may not be used without the written consent of their respective owners.

6. DMCA AND ENFORCEMENT

Reelworld actively monitors for unauthorized use of its content. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory damages under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 504), and recovery of attorneys' fees, against any person or entity that uses Site Content in violation of these Terms. Third-Party Music rights holders and Third-Party Mark owners may independently enforce their rights against unauthorized use.

7. DISCLAIMER

Site Content is provided "as is" for informational and demonstration purposes only. Reelworld makes no warranties regarding the Site or its content. Reelworld does not warrant that it has authority to sublicense Third-Party Music or Third-Party Marks for any use beyond their display on this Site as permitted herein.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of King County, Washington.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Reelworld may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
